  Rainfall Data & Resources          
 

The Environmental Services Department currently operates seven (7) dedicated rainfall stations and five (5) environmental monitoring stations that allow the Department to monitor rainfall throughout the city. Five of the seven rainfall stations are owned by the Center for Earth & Environmnental Studies (CEES) at Texas A&M International University. The staitons are maintained by the ESD through a contract with CEES. To find out more about CEES, Click Here.

Additionally, the Department operates a community-based rainfall monitoring program, in which citizens upload their rainfall data. To find out more about this program Click Here.
