| Storm Water Management Ordinance(Chapter 24) |
| This ordinance regulates storm water discharges from construction sites, including clearing, grading, and excavation activities, if the disturbed land area is 5 acres or more. Construction sites with less than 5 acres of disturbed land may also be regulated, if they are part of a larger common plan of development or sale. The Storm Water Guidance Manual is a helpful document to better understand this. |

This will regulate a broad spectrum of discharges; from discharges containing oil/automotive fluids to discharges containing grass trimmings. |
